Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

We currently only offer shipping to the following regions:

  • Austria: Shipping costs 5.95 EUR | Delivery time 2-4 business days from dispatch
  • Germany: Shipping costs 9.95 EUR | Delivery time 3-5 business days from dispatch
  • EU Countries: Shipping costs 14.95 EUR | Delivery time 3-8 business days from dispatch

The stated delivery times are estimates.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Carrier

We work with reliable shipping partners (e.g. Austrian Post, DHL, DPD) to ensure safe and fast delivery.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Austria, Germany, and all EU member states. We do not currently offer deliveries outside the EU.

Tracking

All shipments can be tracked online using the provided tracking number.

Transfer of Risk

The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration transfers to you upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Delays

Should unforeseen delays occur, we will inform you immediately. If an item cannot be delivered, you will receive notification via email as soon as possible and a full refund within a few days.
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to you, we will charge the costs for a new delivery or return.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

Packaging

Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure safe transport. We strive to use environmentally friendly packaging materials and also use recycled cartons.
