Returns and Refunds

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For a proper return, please note the following:

  • pack the goods carefully and securely to prevent damage during transport.
  • affix sufficient postage to your return. (We do not cover the cost of return shipping)
  • keep your shipping receipt until we have confirmed receipt of your return.
  • after positive review of your return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price to your original payment method within a few days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can find a suitable solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or fabric by the meter.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear written declaration. If the goods have already been shipped, the conditions specified under Returns also apply.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, after a positive review, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within a few days. If you return your entire order, we will refund the full invoice amount; for a partial return, we will only refund the returned items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
